Local routes provide service through most of the day. Commuter routes have fewer stops than other routes, and only stop at bus stops marked with a red "Commuter" sign. Route times vary, but most of these routes operate between about 6 and 9 a.m., and again between about 4 and 6 p.m. Some routes provide commuter service in the morning and afternoon commuter peaks, or rush hours, only. Each route schedule will indicate whether it is weekday or Saturday or Sunday service, so be sure to look on the correct schedule to get the correct times. For routes that do run on weekends, the schedule is generally different for Saturday and Sunday. Those that do usually have different schedules from weekdays. Some routes do not run at all on weekends. but be sure to be at your stop a little early. In this case, you would need to board the #140/141 bus at 10:29 a.m.
